Definitely the best hotel I’ve stayed at and that is not an exaggeration. It is very close to two bus stops and Aldgate Station is only a 3 minute walk. The staff went above and beyond & daily housekeeping did not miss a beat. My friend and I stayed for 6 nights & we got complimentary breakfast because our tv stopped working on the last day. Good to mention also that my friend got champagne on the house for his birthday, which was still a month away. 10/10 all around.

We really like the location of the hotel, very easy to move around using the underground! Aldgate station in front of hotel and this station is very quiet!! It is modern hotel with very good services!! Breakfast was great and has a restaurante in case you want to have dinner there!! I recommend this hotel!!

The room, lobby, public restrooms, and restaurant/bar area were all very clean. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect next to other restaurants, pubs, attractions, and the underground. Will definitely be booking again!

I booked 2 rooms for myself & friends, their room was ready at 2:30, ours wouldn't be ready until 3pm which was fine. So we hung out in our friend's room and they were going to call us when our room was ready, we called the front desk at 3:30 and it still wasn't ready, so we waited another 30 minutes, and it still wasn't ready so we went downstairs at 4:30 and they just put us in another room.
