Property is well located with easy access to Waterloo Station, London Eye and many attractions. Bar/ restaurant on lower level has a very limited menu although food quality is good. Plenty of other restaurants located very close by. Unfortunately bed was worn out so much so that springs were broken and one was actually protruding out the side of mattress. After letting reception know, they had housekeeping replace mattress. Unfortunately replacement was also worn worse than the first one. Very uncomfortable and I suffered a sore back for days after. All in all this hotel would be great if not for worn out mattresses.

Streets around hotel filthy with littered garbage so much so that as I walked out the door a foreign body flew into my eye and I had to go back to the room and irrigate it out. The ac was fixed at 20C. We had to go to the front desk as there are no phones in the room (communication is via WhatsApp). They said they had to set it and then it could not be changed and the lowest it could be set was 19C. But it shut off at 5 am. As we had to depart for the airport I didn’t bother talking to the hotel staff about it. They subsequently sent me an email response that it shuts off because they are eco friendly and that I could have turned it back on but in actuality the thermostat wouldn’t turn on.

The lobby is nice, the staff was very accommodating. The room wasn’t the cleanest. The bathroom shower area and the floor leading up to the shower was black mold. Paying $840 for 2 nights I expect a clean room and don’t want to see mold! Gross. Over priced.
