I have nothing but good things to say about our stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly. The hotel was at walking distance from Paddington station and the tube. This is important because if you’re coming from Heathrow you can just take the Heathrow Express directly from the airport. No stops. It takes about 10-15 mins to get to Paddington and you just walk 5 minutes down the hill to The Westbourne Hyde Park. There are plenty of food options. We went twice to Bizarro—an Italian restaurant with great food and staff, and around the corner you’ll find Tajrish—Persian food. Really great food and staff. Also, Les Filles has great breakfast. Stay away from The Mitre, the staff and service aren’t great. The food is alright, but again is pub food, so just as good as pub food can be. But again the hotel is a great pick because is centrally located in a nice part of town away from the chaos that Piccadilly Circus can be. We will plan to stay here again in the near future.
