"Very nice hotel overall. The view from the 16th floor was spectacular. The bed was very comfortable and the room had enough space. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. But the response time when something was ordered to the room was not prompt enough. No coffee at the hotel but there are enough coffee shops close by. The area seems a little unsafe but there are enough places to eat or grab a drink close by. I was very satisfied with this stay and would recommend it to anyone."

"Our 5 night experience here was excellent. The facility was very clean and everything functioned well. The most outstanding part of our experience was the staff. Sushma at the front desk check us in with patience, kindness, and professionalism. She also assisted us in navigating nearby attractions and restaurants, she was outstanding on a daily basis. "Hard to speak of it because oddly enough I did not end up staying there. You see, the hotel was fully booked when we arrived despite us making reservations. But thankfully, the guy (Frankie) at the front desk was kid and helpful and solution-oriented enough to put as at a second hotel owned by same owner 2 blocks away that was far better for the original cost! So...we were quite lucky! It was so nice there at the Allen Hotel and staff were very helpful and kind. So I have to give a positive...
