"This property is centrally located in Rockland and within walking distance to the harbor, dining, coffee, shopping, and more. We had a great harbor view from our room. And while Trade Winds is old and needs work (smells old and we had to air out our room every time we came back to it.), it's in the ideal location and we would definitely stay there again; just wish the price was a little less expensive. Customer service and communication was top notch and exceeded all expectations. "

"The unit we stayed at was well kept. Feels new. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The beds were the best part, very comfortable. We had 1 full bath and 1/2 bath that were clean with tons of clean towels and quality brand Gilchrist & Soames toiletries. We will definitely book here again on our next trip to Maine. "We were pleasantly surprised. Price was much lower than comparable units nearby and pictures on the website showed basic/outdated interiors. Our cottage was updated with granite countertops, new gas stove and fridge, new flooring and fixtures. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great experience and location. Recommended for anyone.
