Straightforward and efficient shuttle from / to airport. Room perfect for overnight stay. Good breakfast. Limited restaurant menu if not adventurous with food. Excellent on site ‘all purpose’ store. Very good value for money

Room was good. Bigger than typical japanese hotels. That being said, the room we stayed at felt old and needs updating. Front desk staff was great but could not say the same for the restaurant staff. The restaurant is terrible. Overpriced, staff seemed like they’re annoyed we’re there and the food was horrible. I recommend taking the shuttle to the airport amd getting food there. DO NOT EAT AT THE RESTAURANT.

Located very close to the airport, with a shuttle available to and from. Check-in and check-out was quick and simple. We were able to transport our luggage there ahead of time and was offered to hold it after check-out if needed. Only wish there were more restaurants/attractions located close by but would definitely consider staying here again if flying out of Narita Airport!
