"We love this gem when we come up to North Conway for a weekend. Service is always very friendly and helpful. The view is breathtaking, cleanliness is very good. We did find our room had one minor issue which was our mattress, it was somewhat hard and uncomfortable to sleep through the night on, we have stayed here a few times with different mattresses which weren’t ever an issue. Nothing we wouldn’t stop coming back for! Love this place! "

"Cleanliness is good but carpet does not seem to be fresh, maybe just old. I would suggest that you install some hooks in the bath so you have a place to hang damp towels especially since you do not change towels out on a daily basis."

"Right on the beach strip, can walk to everything on the beach. Simple but clean rooms. Heated pool although we didn’t use. Parking is two blocks away but easy enough to get to and from after you’ve unloaded in front of the hotel. Would definitely stay again for either a beach day or local event. "
