We stayed one night because JFK Airport was close by and they had shuttle service. Upon checking in, help desk was very kind and helpful. Shuttle service was there before 4am, on a first come first serve, so be there early if you’re taking the shuttle to catch your flight! Overall it was a nice 1 day stay 😊

It was nice, the only withdraw was the tiny sink in the bathroom. It was so small that looks perfect for a doll house. Breakfast was good and shuttle service convenient.

Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Shuttle service from JFK was also on time and good. Only suggestion is that drivers let customers off at their terminals instead of just at terminal 8. Also customers should stand in line with ticketing orovess as several customers tried to cut into the line. Three couples and myself were shoved to the back of the line by larger groups tgat came later to the line. Those later customers should have caught a later shuttle van.

Had a disaster travel day and had to find a place last minute. This place was great, there’s a bar that serves food until 10pm - which was much needed - and our floor was very quiet. Loved the bathroom amenities. Great place.

The property was fine, but the scramble for the 24/7 shuttle was unnecessarily stressful and disorganized. It's first come first served, and people who turned up last minute were able to push ahead of others who had turned up earlier and had been waiting patiently in line for it to turn up. There needs to be a better system of tickets being given out to people when they arrive, a booking system or provide more shuttles.
