I didn't get the room I reserved because they said some rooms were in disrepair. When I was leaving one of the elevators was being repaired. When I asked for a pillow which wasn't down they told me they weren't down. I'm pretty sure they were all down pillows. I had thought I was getting a complimentary breakfast but it would have cost me $25. The complimentary coffee only had coffee mate creamers and when I asked for real cream they told me I would be charged for it. They really didn't offer any amenities except for a gym. On the positive side, the room was clean and the bathroom worked and the location was good.

stayed here for a week with 2 daughters. room was large enough for the 3 of us. good spacious and clean shower noisy air condition but did its job for hot days. 2 Double beds were ok. mattress& pillows needs improvement . the hotel is located 4 min walk from 5th avenue shopping. also min away from Rockefeller center and subway. late at night area did not feel very safe as few drunk teens approached us asking for food. but I guess it was a one time incident. it did not stop us from going out. staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. with any questioned we had. over all we had a great stay. thank you
