We ran out of toilet paper. I called the front desk they said it'll be right up, that was at 10:55 pm. It was finally delivered the next day at 8:30. I highly recommend you stay somewhere else. For $300 per night this is unacceptable.

Hotel room was tiny, but had everything we needed. Unfortunately the air conditioning struggled to cool the room, and was not repaired despite several requests. In addition, our room phone was not working and was labeled with a different room number. The staff seemed friendly, but a bit overwhelmed. Great location and cleanliness was good.

Room had no AC and they were very reluctant to change my room. Ended up changing our room at nearly 2am. At check in I was being charged more than the agreed upon rate and I feel the money would have been kept if I did not stand my ground. Extremely unpleasant experience.

The property was clean, and it is somewhat convenient, but you have to walk a couple of blocks to the subway. I liked the hotel, and the breakfast was ok. The worst part was the AC in the room that kept waking us up as it would start and stop constantly, and it was very loud! I would not stay again because of that!
