Upon check-in, the lady that checked us into the hotel was extremely rude. She was very unhelpful as well (when asked simple questions, she always replied with a sigh as if I was waisting her time), even though I was the only one af the counter). In fact, she was easily the rudest person I met in my 7 days in NYC. I also witnessed her being the same way to another guest while I was waiting for my Uber one day. The outside of the hotel was filthy with garbage all over one morning. There were three of us checked into my room and the room was not adequately stocked with towels for three people. It should also have an iron and not just a steamer. It is hard to steam clothes if there isn’t anywhere convenient to do so. Shower worked well with good pressure.

7mins walk to time square, 10mins to MoMA, great location with variety of food options. Security guards would check the key card for entering the hotel when late night to keep everyone safe. Staffs are helpful and nice. Highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay at the Romer Hell's Kitchen hotel. It was very close to entertainment, transit options and lots of restaurants. The hotel had very nice, large rooms with the amenities we wanted.

We had a wonderful stay at Romer Hell's Kitchen! It was very clean, the rooms were nice and updated. The beds were comfy and the shower was perfect. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Repeat customer for this hotel, love it. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I had the wrong room type assigned to me at checkin and they quickly fixed it and the valet got our luggage to the right room and was so friendly. I’m in nyc a few times a year and this is the hotel I check first for availability
