"Decent stay for the price. Good service, clean. Just may need an updating with the carpet and the you could see the outside light around the entire door frame, lol. Bed linens and towels were clean. Room had a basement kind of smell but it was an old building so kind of expected that. Definitely served the purpose for the night. "

"This is my third time staying at this property, it is super convenient to access the wineries around Hector. It’s nice to drive down to the water and sit on the dock and watch sunset. The facilities are always very clean and well-kept, kitchen was fully stocked beds are very comfortable, this is my new go to place to stay on that side of Seneca lake. "

The great room was convenient but not cleaned every day. we were there for three nights and by the time we left the garbage in the great room rather smelled as it had not been emptied the whole time we were there."
