"I didn’t even know this hotel existed and the whole shopping center. It’s amazing. I rather stay here than in Waikiki! We live on the big island and visit frequently. We do out our school clothes shopping on Oahu. Next time we are staying here! "

"We stayed at Embassy Suite as a family. It was perfect for our week long vacation, from the close proximity to the beach, the restaurant options, closeness to the streets with tons of shopping locations, etc. The only insignificant negative that I can think of is the wait time for the elevators but any hotel would have the same problem at crowded locations on Waikiki Beach. We would come back to the hotel in the future and would recommend it to other families. "

"The vibe at this Hotel was amazing. I traveled with my mom for her 65th birthday, The staff show her such a good time that she is already a return trip. "We attempted to do an early check in. Checked in but our room wasn’t going to be ready until 4 pm. We were able to use the facilities though. But it had to call front desk because no one contacted me to advise me that my room was ready, as they said they would. Then I get to my room and all four rooms f my keys did not work.
