The hotel was beautiful, clean, and I loved the breakfast here. The young man who attended to us at night, however, wasn’t very friendly. In fact, seemed like he could care less to have to deal with anybody at night. He left me feeling icky. But otherwise, great stay. The young lady that attended to us in the morning was amazing!

We had our worse night of a 14 day road trip. The people in the room next to ours, which was an adjoining room which made it seem louder were up all night, very loud. Not only did they keep us awake, once they finally got quiet and we were able to sleep someone else was banging on their door by 7:00am. I spoke with the staff downstairs when we went for breakfast and was told there was nothing they could do. This was an awful night with minimal comfort in breakfast availability.

I love the property service and location . I have stayed here many times for work related and personal. Parking is good I was charged 35 dollars however .. I don’t remember being charged for parking before . I will definitely stay here for my Bay Area travels..
