The pools and activities were great. The downside was we couldn't get the late checkout and our flight was late in the day. The did offer to store our luggage but that's not the same. We understand, but that was a downside. The other was a language barrier when we dealt with housekeeping. I want to be clear, they were extremely helpful and friendly. They just didn't understand what we were asking for. Once we got that figured out they were very responsive. One even tried to get me to speak into her phone so it could translate. Great idea, I just didn't understand what she was doing until like a minute or two later. Perhaps that should be in their training and also letting guests know that if the try to get you to speak into the phone we understand what they're doing. Too bad I was so slow.

Beautiful the studio apartments are so big and so beautiful! Well equipped feels like home. Few minutes drive from the restaurants nearby. The balconies on the building we stayed were so relaxing and private I would stay there just for the atmosphere.

The room floor where dirty shower was dirty. It did not look like a newly renovated room. Took forever to get a decent room. First time I was disappointed. We would have rather stayed at the Tuscany.

Overall for the 5 days it was a great experience 2 hiccups tho at the in house resturaunt our order of 2 frozen drinks and a small pepperoni pizza was botched after 21 other customers got their food orders after us a supervisor asked if we were having any issues which our pizza still hadnt arriced after45 minutes, thought rectified when the overall manager brought us our pizza but was the wrong style, he did go out of his way toassist us from that point but we werent able to swim due to the time eaten up. second item ( not their fault directly ) the property lost power at 730am as we were trying to get ready to order our cab to the airport. --- their text based ability between guest and office was top notch and impressed me.
