This is a great place for a family. Nice Large waterpark with lots of amenities here for the family. It’s close to all the parks and has good value. The staff is very friendly and fixed the Our safe, which had a low battery quickly.

I was place in building 5 and it’s a long walk to the lobby. I called for shuttle service and they telling me that there is no bell man to pick me up if you plan and taking the Uber it’s a bad place to stay because Uber not allowed to pick you up at your building. and I have a 1 years old and currently pregnant I of to walk to the lobby multiple time because there was no shuttle service. My bed sheet was so dirty when I arrived in the room that was the worse I did not enjoy my stay to be honest.

System was down when we arrived and was told we could use the pool while waiting for system to come up…told someone would call us and let us know… that never happened. When we finally got to the room, there were no towels to take a shower. The next day, at the waterpark pool, there were no towels at 9:00 (pool opened at 9:00)… went to room at 1:30 and there was still no towels available….. the next day, we were gone for the entire day and came back and our room was left opened by housekeeping for who knows how long…had to ask for additional towels and toilet paper which took almost 2 hrs for them to bring. Was communicating with someone asking about our stay and they stopped communicating when we declared this would be our last trip here.. the response we got was “ I apologized “….
