We had the most terrible experience at this hotel. The staff at the bar near the super pool were extremely inhospitable. They refused to serve drinks to us. The property is very spread apart and the shuttle service is extremely inconvenient and they donā€™t show up for hours and you are bound to get delayed to your chores. Our bar experience was horrible, they refused to serve us alcohol even after providing a valid photo id. They went so far to accuse us of faking a passport. Do not recommend this at all. There are much better resorts in Orlando, please donā€™t go here.

The property and rooms are very well maintained. The restaurants on-site are very basic resort food but convenient. There is a McD and Chick-fil-a immediately outside the property. Publix grocery store is about 1 mile or 2 away. They staff takes great care of the facility. We would stay here again. The location is right off I-75 too.

This was our first experience here. We were very happy with all the comforts of home. Anything we needed, we text and the staff were very quick to respond. It was so easy. We needed extra towels and an extra blanket. It was provided quickly. We learned where everything was and it was easy to navigate. The rooms were clean and neat. The air conditioner perfect. We had 100 degree weather and we couldnā€™t ask for better accommodations. Thereā€™s a Walgreens, Wendyā€™s and Chick Fil a within walking distance. We got eggs, water, butter, English muffins at Walgreens and ate breakfast in the suite every day. We packed water and snacks for the pool. We would definitely stay again. We LOVED it!

Property is very big, shuttles were not readily available. The pools could provide more activities and more entertainment. Some of the extra activities, such as miniature golf and bracelet making, especially for the kids came at an additional cost. The resort is definitely family friendly and welcoming but not enough to keep you on the property.
