"The property is a great boutique hotel. The rooms are large and very pretty and clean. We had a odd smell from the carpet cleaning going on in the hall that made the room smell a bit too. Seemed odd to do it on the weekend. Parking is expensive. The staff is super nice and very helpful. I'd stay here again for sure. "

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. Everyone was so accommodating and very nice. From the front desk, waitress/waiters, to the bartender. It was such a relaxing 2 days. There was a gentleman who was sitting at the bar there that asked if he could play the piano, and he sounded so good. We enjoyed our stay and would come again:)"

"The property itself is a little gem in a neighborhood that is a little rough with a lot of folks hanging out at the nearby 24 hour establishments. There was ample parking in the lot. It was a very nice stay. Only a 15 minute drive to the Stanford Campus. I enjoyed breakfast on the patio and a workout using dumbbells and body weight. The staff was excellent, the room was very clean, the facility was well constructed and they did not cut corners with the interior upgrades. "

"I’m by no means a hotel snob, but I was still surprised at how well the experience at this Hilton Garden Inn in Palo Alto. Traffic was a nightmare and I was able to chat with the staff directly (as a passenger) and clarify details. The keyless mobile feature was nice, allowing me to use the phone to check in, check out and enter my room. If you’re visiting the peninsula, I’d actually drive a city or two to stay here now that I know what to expect. "
