All of the staff were excellent. I was able to purchase pre-assembled meals that were sufficient and tasty. Everyone was very nice. The front desk helped me change large bills to smaller bills, get a taxi and just all around have a pleasant experience. The room was adequate, not fancy. Beds were comfy, if not small for my big dude hubby who almost rolled out of the twin during the night. But other than that, it was a good experience. We had six bags, two large and four small, which we were able to manage with a luggage cart most of the time to and from the airport, which is close by. Hotel was perfect for a one night stay after arriving by plane on an 11 hour flight. Thanks Holiday Inn!

Very easy access to the airport. Had late flight into Paris and early flight out in the morning, so I needed a place to stay the night between flights and was perfect as I didn't want to travel far from the airport between flights. I was able to have a nice dinner sleep and breakfast before my morning flight. Made my travel very pleasant.

The hotel itself was very good - we picked it because we had read that it was walkable from the airport, but we missed the last hotel shuttle and could not figure out how to walk there. It was late at night and we were tired, so tried to get a cab but no one wanted to drive us such a short distance so we had to get a bit insistent. Then when we got our room, they had no extra pillows and the shower flooded the bathroom floor - they said that sometimes happens if too many people are taking showers at the same time. I wasn't impressed, but I was very thankful to have a bed to sleep in after a long day, and the breakfast was good. Lois

Very slow check in line at 5 pm The rooms and location at great for CDG airport connections However the food prices for dinner in the restaurant were exorbitant Almost $40 for a burger! Went across the road to Moxys and had a great dinner for half the price Otherwise this is a good Holiday inn with gear you expect
