Good hotel for a good price, 25 min drive to the beach. Middle of the line, not too cheap, not too pricey. Clean rooms, friendly associates, crystal clear pool. Things that need work is the homeless population in the parking lot all day and night. One homeless male forced himself in the back door as I was exiting and just about ran into me (this door stays looked so he knew what he was doing). He said he needed inside right away to look for a water in the fridge (that was empty for us paying guests anyway) Homeless roam the parking lots looking for things to pick up and/or get into and sit in guest tables outside as well. Need to hire 24/7 security to patrol the place. Another suggestion is to remove carpet and put down some tile as the carpet holds smell (kind've a moldy smell in the hallyway and rooms) Would stay again (only with a male figure such as my husband as I did not feel safe alone)

My favorite hotel in Pensacola. I stayed here for a year on business. The dog fee was reasonable- $25.00. It is a small hotel with only 52 units and two stories. The staff always nice and helpful. I felt very safe here. One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at.

False advertisement through Expedia making it seem like it’s an excellent hotel one in reality It’s like a motel. The room smelt so bad, I immediately asked for another room, which was not available until the next day and even after switching to another room, it had the same smell bad odor and just unsanitary. I would not recommend staying there, especially given that they make it seem like it’s a great hotel with awesome reviews through Expedia.

Upon arriving to my room, as always i pull back covers and inspect the beds. There were dirt stands and hair on the covers. The housekeeper was rude about the fact she needed to change them. When i inspected the bathroom, baseboards were covered in hair and dust and there was hair in the tub. I was told there were no other rooms available. I drove 11 hrs to see my niece graduate and on the way to the graduation i am too busy searching for another hotel in the area which was completely sold out. Unacceptable conditions. Also the side door doesn't lock and my room door you could push open without the key.
