Sure its old but its sparkling clean, the suites are huge, the sofas, chairs and beds are plush and comfortable. Three sinks and two TV's. They no longer have phones by the toilets and real glassware, but you can't have everything. Miles ahead of these glaring, harsh modern monstrosities."

"Late arrival, receptionist was more interested in not helping me with a prepaid reservation. My credit card company was updating on east coast and my $50 just in case was not going through. She refused to check me in saying there was no guarantee I wouldn’t trash the place. She left for the day immediately after this interaction while I was on phone with my credit card company. I asked the new shift person behind counter if there was any solution. He took my card info and I went to bed. For reference, I never lost my cool and am a disabled 61 yo female. After an 18 hour day of medical treatment and a flight across the country, I was very upset and worried I would be on the street for the night. Carpet was wet by window but everything was comfortable and clean for this weary traveler."
