What did I like? The convenience of being so close to the airport. They had a shuttle to go to the airport. The food was really good. Everything you can expect from a Hilton which is better (way better) than most affordable hotels in Rome. What didn’t I like? You’re supposed to let the airport know that you’re coming so that they can do the shuttle on your behalf. I didn’t know this nor expected this to be scheduled. People stay close to the airport for convenience and expect shuttle from and to the airport. The dinning quality was beyond expected. More expensive than average dining in Rome so they can get you with their pricing. However, the dining staff was unfriendly and clearly being overworked and understaffed. I even had a waiter tell me to “calm down”. The bartender was very overwhelmed and you could tell he was all by himself.
