"Our premium room was well maintained, clean, has the bay view. A little hard to turn on the water in the shower without getting splashed by cold water(sliding glass door). Valet parking fee was outrageous, almost 1/3 of your room cost. The timeshare people, yeah pretty aggressive in selling their products, i find it bugging. "I love it here! The customer service is always so wonderful. From the top to the bottom all of the employees are so helpful and accommodating. The rooms AND BATHROOMS are always clean. This location is extremely convenient to the beach, dining, boating, and shops. Kudos to this Hyatt location!"
