Absolutely no view, concrete wall, toilet didn’t work I had to fix it myself, no heat! It was 51* wind blowing 40 plus and when I said something about it I was told that the boiler was not on because the people who were on the 3rd floor would complain that it was too hot, we asked for extra coffee and they gave us 1 so we had to walk to the 711 across the street through a bunch of homeless people and the parking lot was a joke made for compact cars only. Only stayed 2 days then we found a different place to stay

Property was close to major attractions you can walk to Pier 39, Lombardi, Hop on Bus, tours for tickets, transportation, eating places. Staff was great provided coffee and mini refrigerator. What I didn't like was that the place can use some paint, sound proofing since it's so close to Pier 39 you can hear the buses, trash trucks and the people up stairs the kid was running and it was very noisy complained but it continued.

Area was excellent- close to a lot of things to do and see. Also close to hop on hop off bus, public transportation and city transit. We stayed in penthouse and was not aware it was on the 4th floor and elevator only goes to 3rd floor. We had to climb a flight of stairs with our luggage. Not handicap accessible. Parking was a problem- told on 3rd day that we have assigned parking and was never told until call to our room at 9:30pm asking us to move. Little did we know that penthouse had its own parking spot by door. Had to notify staff that someone was in our spot and had to wait for them to move. A lot of double parking. Inconvenience. Furniture needs updating, tables had drink cup rings stained, stains and tears on sofa, chairs were loose/unstable. A lot of missed matched furniture throughout. Bathroom had a strange set up - walk in shower and a separate bathtub with shower head, counters and toilet is low. Curtains/ shear were either discolored or torn. Unit and building hallways all need an update for the amount they charge. Unit offered a lot of open space and they did have a game board to keep busy.

This is a gated hotel, right outside pier 39, it's perfect! There is a tour bus stop right ours the gate so any safety concerns I had about the San Francisco area washed away. It's clean and the staff is really nice, too

The property was average but the location is the best we spent 4 days and out of the 4 days we drove the day we came in and the day we left we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see amazing and saved us alot of parking fees and our car was safe
