"The afternoon i checked in i was a lil early. The staff told me the room i booked was being cleaned and that whe. Done i could check in. I was soo grateful as i had been on a train and a uber while carrying 2 full bags. Room was awesome and super clean"

"The stay was good but I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable at check out. I explained to the lady that because I was on crutches I had to wait for my daughter to come help me move my things. Everything was packed up and my room was clean just waiting for help and she was so nasty in saying that I couldn’t be in the room while I waited for the help. I understand checkout rules, however, I just stayed about 3 weeks and paid about 1500 and I couldn’t get a little compassion or understanding so...
