Great staff! Very modern accommodations. Not a lot open after 5 pm on a weekday in the immediate area. Pretty easy to get to by train/walking.

CitizenM is a nice funky modern hotel. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. The location is perfect. Just a 12 minute walk to Pike Place, awesome restaurants in the area, and close to the waterfront. The room we stayed in was smaller than expected, but it was nice, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Really great hotel in a very beautiful historic area with a highly disturbing number of people suffering on the streets who are often delusional, sometimes aggressive. Hard to have fun, to be relaxed, if you are surrounded by suffering.

The hotel was super cool! Loved the rooms. I had a couple friends over to hangout for like 10 minutes and as soon as I got in my room security said they would kick me out if we weren’t gone in the next 5 minutes. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
