The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well appointed. You cant beat the location for being centrally located and very walkable to all the main tourist attractions.
The downsides as we saw them were few, but at night i kept hearing an electric motor sound every few seconds, and it wasn't until we left the next day that I realized that our room was direcly behind the elevator, and that was the noise. The only other thing tjat we were disappointed with was the continental breakfast. It's open from 6:30 til 10:30 which is great. We went at about 8:30, and first it was too crowded there was no place to sit, but worse was the food selection. They did have the typical waffle makers, but other than that it was literally Jimmy Dean frozen breakfast sandwiches and prepackaged muffins. Also, there is only one microwave for probably 40 people at the time.
Fortunately Seattle has good food and coffee elsewhere. If you are good with getting breakfast elsewhere, and falling asleep to what i am calling elevator music, then it's a great place to stay.
