They actually checked us in upon arrival and we were able to relax and not worry about dragging our luggage around. I would have given an excellent rating except for the carpeting that was quite stained in our room. The bar/restaurant was great with good food and beer. Saved us from going out. "

"We had a lovely stay in a balcony room overlooking the fabulous harbour. We had everything we needed including robes, slippers and a really comfy bed. The cleaning staff were lovely and always had a warm smile and said hello. Unfortunately the staff on reception seemed to keep their heads down or talk amongst themselves as we went in and out of the hotel. Also, we went to sit outside to have a drink and soak up the sun for an hour and the bar staff in The Jetty informed us that they don't serve...
