"Our room is surprisingly small. We’ve stayed at many HIX and this is probably my least favorite. It’s big enough for a king sized bed, and a small chair squeezed into the corner. I would not want to be here for longer than 1 night. "

"Consistently comfortable beds and pillows. It's in a part of town that has some crime, and I noticed automobile glass in the parking lot from a "smash and grab"I've stayed here numerous times and that's the first time I've seen that, so it isn't common "

"Nice people mostly clean room. Stuff on wall by light switch for bathroom sink area. Great shower. Quiet. Over priced for the amenities or perks available. I like hard mattresses but not everyone does. And not for a longer than 3 day stay."

"Some trash in and around the property. The area around it is very run down. Many vacant buildings. Lobby good. Breakfast okay. Room minimal. Staff very agreeable. "

"We enjoyed our stay. Most convenient for anything "Tacoma Dome." Location for such is AMAZING! Staff was very courteous, pleasant, helpful, and very nice. Names to mention: "Day", "Adina", "Andrea." Welcoming bunch of friendly staff. Understanding and very helpful as well. "Day" was most pleasurable to greet us, friendly with a very "we'll fix it attitude" that I most appreciated. I enjoyed our stay here more than any of the hotels we have stayed in for the past 5 years."
