Stayed at the annex which is a separate building from the main hotel, so there's no front desk/staff there or dining space/microwave. We used our room card to get into the building (locked at all times for security) and there's also an amenities corner. Annex had only 4 rooms on our floor, all presumably corner rooms. Staff was professional and helpful. We were able to use their luggage scale and also store our luggage after checkout. Hotel is only a short walk from a 7-eleven, Suitengumae station (Exit 2 is closest) and the T-CAT for airport transfers via Limousine Bus. Skytree/Oshiage station is on the same line as Suitengumae, so it was very convenient.

Would recommend to solo travellers but do take note there’s construction going on beside the hotel. You can also hear your neighbour doors closing but that’s not a big issue. Extension plugs are also provided which is a big bonus.

Being next to the airport bus station and Tokyo metro station was extremely convenient. The staff were also very welcoming; check in and check out were both super fast and easy. Would definitely stay here again.

It was fairly clean. Breakfast requires you to pay extra for 800 yen per person. Our area had a really good coffee shops, convenience stores, and restaurants so we don't need to eat at our hotel We were close to city which was good. It takes us 10-15mins to get to Tokyo station. The price wasn't too bad at $160 after tax for two rooms with queen size beds. Overall a good experience.

Hotel was overall nice and affordable considering it being in Tokyo and its central location. Staff was friendly and knew english. Room was a little small and restroom smelled kind of funny since we walked in but nothing to extreme. Again, was only in hotel to shower and sleep. Proximity to Air Shuttle Terminal and Hanzomon subway line was very convenient. Would recommend to others.
