The rooms are very small but have everything you need including a massage chair (which takes up the extra space). Good for a one night stay but the lack of space would frustrate me if there longer. Can’t fault the hotel otherwise.

The hotel is near the Tokyo Station so if you arrive from the airport and travel to the hotel, it is within walking distance. The reception/check-in is on the 7th floor easily accessible via elevator. Check-in was easy & the staff will help you politely. The room is clean and the best thing is that it has a massage chair in the room. The room has enough space for Tokyo downtown. You can walk from the hotel to Ginza shopping area easily. The hotel breakfast buffet was alright. Not expensive per U.S. standard & current exchange rate. The only reason I did not give a 5 star overall rating is because I did stay in another hotel nearby that was slightly better in my opinion (comparatively). However, you will not be disappointed if you stay here. Also, there is a convenience store next door and a nice coffee/breakfast place called Komeda which I really liked. You can buy stuff and even grab a bite at the convenience store even when everything is closed in the wee hours which makes it convenient. Now before I forget, the Yakitori bar a few steps away is great too.

the location was walkable to most train stations and restaurants. service was good and the conditiom of the hotel was good. room was a small compared to north american standards. eco friendly cleaning & service is an excellent concept and convenient

I stayed two nights for work. I think the strongest selling points of this hotel is its rooms as well as it's location which has almost direct access to Kyobashi train station. Although the room was a good size, very clean and with strong air conditioning, I felt that it did not have sufficient hanging space for work clothes and the roller blinds which you have to roll down manually did not completely block out the light, which may be an issue during summer. Last, although I can understand this is a cost saving measure, I did not appreciate having to retrieve coffee and creamer from the lobby when I needed it, as I did end up with insufficient creamer after having made my coffee and not having to make the trip down for an extra creamer. However, if a nice, good sized room is important to you (booked the corner unit), then this might be for you.

The hotel was very hard to find because its lobby is on the 17th floor of a building, and the rooms are on the floors above. It's very strange! The name REMM is on the top of the building door. It was supposed to be a 4 min walk from the train station but it was more 8-10 minutes, with luggage it makes a difference! The restaurant was only open at lunch, which I find puzzling since tourists are usually not around then. The room was very clean and modern. I especially like the bathroom because the sink, toilet, and bathtub were separated. The beds were very comfortable. The pillows were not- filled with plastic little balls; luckily, one pillow was soft! The room was small so I didn't understand why there was a big massage chair taking the little space that was available. We had no room to open both our suitcases. I could open mine after I unplugged the chair and pushed it as close to the bathroom sink as possible. My husband had to open his on his bed, and put it away to go to sleep. Last thing: the towels were very very thin, and we were encouraged not to have the room cleaned, so we just asked for new towels because they couldn't dry overnight as they were soaked.
