I called the front desk 3 times, once in the morning again before check out and lastly after arriving home because I forgot something in the room but it just rings and rings with no one to answer. The room and the property itself was wonderful and well located.

It’s a nice hotel. My only complaint is that it was priced like 5 star hotel, but it was more like a 4 star hotel. It’s good points were: 1. Professional and friendly staff, 2. Clean room and sheets 3. Comfortable bedding and pillows 4. Spacious room with foot storage options. Some points for improvement include: 1. Very low pressure shower 2. No universal power sockets for international guests 3. Out of date usb-a charger 4. Rooms were too cold. 5. Towels were a bit worn. 6. No minibar or in room snacks (but very prompt room service so not really a problem). This sounds very negative. I had a comfortable and happy stay. I just thought it was overpriced for what it was. I paid $730 AUD per night for 4 nights.
