"Our third time at this property and we chose for the location. The reception is as busy as I remember but hardly any seating and empty space which could easily take on more seats. No cushions on outside furniture by pool. Check in was easy and assistance with bag storage was easy."

But in the room, the hire blower they provide can’t put into the electric outlet next to the mirror, limited electrical outlet, none of the electric outlets can be used even for phone chargers. The safe is not working (which is fixed later). "

Excellent location
"Direct connection to Moko mall with five floors of shopping. One can walk into MRT if you have a pass. Thru mall, follow signs to Nathan Road to connect to Fa Yuen Street markets. Also, flower market and bird market are across Prince Edward Road (ask in lobby how to get to the overpass). There's a wonderful pool, hot tub and exercise facilities with showers, steam room and sauna on the 8th floor. All the staff were very helpful. The front desk will exchange money into HKD at good rates (better than Google showed!), which was fortunate when I didn't have the right money for the taxi from the airport."
