Unbelievably poor value for the money. Convenience was about the only positive thing about my stay. The room was small and the fixtures were broken or not working well. The entrance was dingy and depressing.

The desk attendant remembered me from a previous visit 18 months prior. But the amenities are a bit of a disappointment. I always enjoyed the suite/kitchenette and keurig. I had to request plates and get coffee on the second floor. Just a bit inconvenient

The staff was great, and the location is great. The hotel room was ok but you can hear all noises from the outside and the look is very outdated. It is a totally fine hotel to stay if you are looking for location!

Great location, comfortable room. Day Staff was nice but the night staff was off putting when we returned to our room and the one functioning elevator (they shut down the 2nd elevator) was not working and they told us we had to walk up to our room, on the 9th floor, as opposed to activating the second elevator.

Prime location. Sleep here to walk to the Mall, Old Ebbitt Grill and Cafe du Parc. Affordable too. Comfortable beds too. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. There is noise from the major street.

The property is a tad dated (the bathroom had a bit of a “damp” smell that permeated the room. But the staff were friendly, check in easy, and the location was perfect. I enjoyed my stay here with my 10 year old son.

The staff and location were great. The room had a closet door that did not lock and the key pad to the door was falling apart . It was noisy , I could hear everything g that was going on in the room above me and next door. I know I paid the lowest price but I think I deserved better!

King size bed was not actually a king. It was two twin mattresses on a king bed frame. The window in the room was cracked which made cold air come into the room the entire stay.

We were allocated a room on the second floor which is right above the bus stop. Due to the windows not being double glazed the noise was a little too much at times. The ladies on the front desk are amazing and so helpful , thank you. The location is sensational and we would definitely book again if we were in Washington from Australia again.

This hotel is right at a subway station, so the public transport is very convenient. It is also close to the white house, which is very convenient for tourist. The room is a little small but very clean. The hotel provide free coffee and tea 24 hours.
