The staff was extraordinarily friendly and engaging. I have trouble w my back and the bed was just a little soft for me, but the room was clean and everything was pretty new. I loved being able to hop right on the metro to the airport across the street from the hotel, but downtown DC is also close enough to walk to from the hotel.
Very nice hotel clean and the staff is very friendly the rooms are small and the extras are none. But I would recommend the hotel highly for price location and staff.
Nice, very clean micro hotel. Rooms are very small here, but a great location! Lots of food options nearby. However, this place didn’t have an actual breakfast to purchase. Just some light fare on the rooftop ( coffee, pastries , etc.)
* You also get charged your incidental deposit upon arrival. Beware- it’s not included even if you pay in advance!*
The hotel is conveniently located close to transportation, dining options and the National Mall, White House, etc.
The rooms are very small and that was unexpected. Staff is courteous and helpful which is good because you need to ask for everything (for example; ice, access to rooftop restaurant). The hotel is very secure so we felt safe.

I booked this room for a quick overnight. I needed 2 beds and even though this room had bunk beds I thought this would be fine. For some reason, I’ve slept in bunks a lot, and recently. The room is described as 140 sq ft but this is very very misleading as it must include space you can’t use, such as where the furniture sits, bathroom, cabinets. I estimate usable space at maybe 40 sq ft. Seconds the bunks are flimsy so that the whole frame moves when a person rolls over. I wouldn’t stay there again unless I was solo.
