This hotel deserves no stars, I accidentally left clothes in the room in the top drawer and called back same day to go get them and they threw them in the garbage. We left the room clean, a tip and have stayed here before. NEVER again, they are thieves. I think it is so rude of someone to take 3 outfits and “trash” them. How hard is it to just put them in a bag since they were clean in a drawer and set them aside. I even left a tip and the room clean and I can even get some respect as a guest for simple mistake. It was a 6:45 am check out come on it happens. These were my some of my favorite clothes and one thing I had never even got to wear. Bad karma for the room cleaner and your ride staff to me on the phone. I hope someday someone throws something valuable to you away.

Booked for 10 days and only stayed one night. Dirty, moldy, floor in hallway was flooded and general manager was extremely rude. Would not recommend staying here!!!!

1. The only amenity they had was body lotion. They said they just ran out but with all the Amazon boxes they had in the dumpster they could of ordered some before running out. 2. No towels at the desk. Had to wait for housekeeper to bring them to the room. She could not speak a word of english and she would not give us any unless we gave her the dirty towels first. Took a while to understand what she was saying.

It was a decent stay but would say their are some "sketchy" people around there. Rooms were clean and they had daily maid service, which was great. Towels had stains on them and not sure what products they use. Wifi is horrible even when you're connected to their internet, calls were dropped constantly and had no internet!! Need to look into it!! The hotel is only a few miles from tge Shore.

The shower was clogged. Standing water during every shower: Fresh towels were stained with various stains. Carpet beside bed stained red. Disappointed with room. Definitely in need of renovations. Air conditioner did not keep room consistently cool. The tub was painted over with paint that made showering slippery as well. The bathroom door handle would not lock and would stick constantly.

When i first booked i actually called to cancel my reservations because i was very skeptical about it. usually if its not a 5star hotel they tend to be trash however, i way very pleased with my overall stay and the price was VERY affordable.Every morning there was some form of breakfast for u which i though that was really nice. The staff was really polite and helpful and my kids enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. I would definitely stay again.
