"Lost Clothing"

"At check in the clerk told me she tried to call me multiple times amd was VERY rude when I showed her my call history. She did not try to call me and inform me that the elevator was out and our room was on the 4th floor. We were in town for our sons graduation and every hotel was fully booked. The Pool was cold and dirty, the roof was caving in, in the pool room. They had the back door proped open with a 5 gallon pain bucket so anyone could walk in. The ac in our room never fully cooled it down. I'm extremely disappointed in our stay. I had higher expectations for a hotel that carried such a prestigious name."

"Checkers easy but they have it set up where you pick up the parking pass and get caught by the sale lady who was pushing the time share there. Property seems to be run down. Nothing special, glad I don’t have a time share here. "

"Very great place to stay, very clean. Only thing i did not like was how the showers did not get hot enough but other than that it was a pleasure to stay. "

"Clean room, professional staff, didnt have breakfast but good parking, only need better refrigerators to keep items cold"

"Overall stay was. Good with everything you need all around. However was given a 4 star due to bathroom being duty. Showered was DIRTY. Looked like it had not been cleaned in abit and had several pieces of hair. It was enough for my young child to say she did not want to use it because of how it looked. Then called front desk a few times and no answer. Had to clean it myself with wipes. Breakfast was your basic free breakfast but was good and fresh. Rooms were cold which is a plus. Not sure if id stay again unless if i had to seaworld since it really cloae. "
