For the amt of money we paid the room was not worth it. We could hear our neighbours in the next room and also down the hallway. No available hot breakfast available for our early checkout, and the cost for the shuttle bus should have been free. We will not be staying a Holiday Inn Express ever again.

Hotels near an airport offer limited services which is understandable but certain inaccuracies about what this particular accommodation did leave room for some improvement. Perhaps they are under staffed or under trained but their information about service offerings have not been accurate. For instance, the airport shuttle service is offered, which is great but they did not mention it was not complimentary. They offer breakfast from 04:00AM but they did not have any warm food ready until I left for the airport around 04:30AM. The last but not the least, they forgot about my request for wake-up call. Other than these seemingly minor disappointment, it was ok.
