"Our room was dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. Visible mold everywhere in the shower. Definitely not what I’m used to staying at Hampton Inns. Huge disappointment for the price. Staff was apologetic and refunded me 20% but still paid way too much to stay in a dirty room with a moldy bath."

"The room was modern and clean, however, the shower in the bathroom was a concern. Getting into the shower required stepping over a high tub which can be difficult for seniors. There is a glass partition which was not secure (hinged) and felt like it would swing out if you accidently leaned on it. ..."
