"Really good spot if you are visiting Rye. Short walk to the old part of Rye,plentiful free parking. Nice room and very good service from the Lady at front desk. Has a Bar,serviced by said Lady,but no dinner restaurant..(while we were there) You can order in and the Hotel will provide warm plates etc;.........or,weather permitting ,walk across the river into Rye old town. "Really lovely stay in this quiet little Oast House. We stayed in a round room, beautifully decorated with ensuite shower room. Tea and coffee and biscuits, TV in room. Plenty of drawers and cupboard space for clothes. Room clean and tidy. Breakfast was lovely, and everyone was so friendly. We also had an excellent roast dinner on the Sunday. Just a short walk into Rye, which was a bonus. Would totally recommend it, and we hope to stay there again. "
