"Very comfortable, well appointed hotel. Soap/shampoo offerings better than what I'm used to in UK hotels. Breakfast was high quality though service in restaurant a bit slow. One caveat: Hotel entrance is from a courtyard off Devonshire Square and not visible from the street. Even London black cab drivers can't find it if they haven't been there before. Use 4 Devonshire Square address for cabs or Ubers than walk up steps into courtyard."

"Travelled for work and stayed a single night, but I was amazed with the service and friendliness of the staff. The room is small and ok for 1 person It is also nice to control different features utilizing a tablet."

"The room was fine. They appeared to be updating the hallways but did not seem to make much progress while we were there. The Pret A Manger right outside was great, as well as access to transportation."

"I was very concerned checking in since the area wasn’t what I was expecting. But once I spoke to Rohan he made us feel comfortable and assured us we were in a good area. He was very pleasant throughout our entire stay. Also Kanchan was extremely pleasant, she was the breakfast manager and made our stay very warm, breakfast was delicious, rooms and bathrooms were clean overall a great stay. Would definitely recommend "

"Hotel was clean and well presented. Beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel would have been out of our budget normally but our apartment booking with VRBO did not exist on their site, so they have us a choice of hotels to stay for 1 night. The hotel was much further away from where we thought and the breakfast was not included... So we invited a lot of extras costs. It did feel like the hotel was under occupied.... Like no one in the bar. If I'd been paying for the hotel I would have pointed...

"I stayed with friends at this hotel. It was clean, the staff were helpful and professional and bed was comfy. My room was very small, possibly used to be a cupboard, but it had most things I needed. There were no tea and coffee facilities in the rooms which was not great. The price was good and I slept fairly well here. "
