"Very disappointed in this place. I stayed 28th-30th July 2019. There were rats, the electric cables were coming away from the walls, there were various things (paint pots etc) stored under my bed, the washing machine was broken (my main reason for booking here) and someone (the cleaner?) came into my room without waiting for an answer saying he didn't think anyone was saying in it. I went out and bought my own pillows (as they were so flat and old) and toilet roll (as there was none after the...
