"Few minutes walk from KL Sentral so the journey to and from the airport was very easy and fast. Aloft’s location is very good. It is linked to Nu Sentral so dining and shopping was also only a few minutes away. The hotel is clean, the room is spacious and the bathroom has shower and toilet separated. Would have preferred if the shower head was not fixed but it’s a small issue. The staff were all polite and friendly. Overall a great hotel. I’ll stay here again in future."

"AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! The landlord told us we are able to refund if we contact expedia ourselves. The reasons for wanting a refund and an early check out was due to the loud noise causing from the highway. I would not suggest anyone to stay here because the noise causing from the highway will disturb your sleep. The landlord was well aware of the issue and it can be seen that there were external seals on the window but it still doesn't help in preventing the noise. We then asked for a refund and the landlord agreed to refund us fully BUT HE DID NOT!"
