We were allocated a double room upon check in that we were really unhappy with, but after going down to reception, we were immediately relocated to a much better room with a pleasant view of the front garden. The customer service was excellent and the hotel was full of classic charm. Breakfasts were lovely and the location fantastic. We would definitely return."

"Room was small but clean and adequate for the one night we stayed. Couldn't park onsite due to lack of space but were given a free parking spot on the street outside(disc zone). The lady who greeted us was as helpful as could be as it was pouring with rain when she tried to guide me into their onsite parking but it was too tight."
