"Clean hotel. Room was small for price. Not much room in the bathroom… wouldn’t expect a 400+ a night hotel to have hot glue holding the lamp together… "

"Good view from room of universal and mountains. Bed comfortable, nice bathroom as well. A little inconvinent with them fixing the parking lot during our stay (temporary) but overall great location for universal. They have a shuttle service normally, but due to them fixing the pavement, it was suspended for the day we were there"

"We arrived at 8am and left our luggage. When we checked in at 7pm. There was a line and only 1 person working. We repeatedly asked for someone to retrieve our luggage. It took over 30 minutes. Otherwise, we had a nice experience. "

"Very clean! Great environment & close to the walk of fame without the noise. Rooms are small but very comfortable bed & nice bathroom. My only criticism is the lights beside the bed should not be yellow it’s not Great at night. Just a preference "
