Coming in they took our bags for us at thestreet and on the way out they asked if we wanted them toget us a taxi or call for one. Hotel is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Room wasexcellent. "This our second stay at the Belle Claire. The renovation was beautifully done. We had no internet service for the final 2 days - after first beingvtoldcthere was no problem, the manager later explained they were upgrading their system. I would have loved some environmental awareness such as recycling bins or pitchers of water, etc. A coffee maker and refrigerator in the room would have been nice since its such an expensive neighborhood. "

"Beautiful hotel in great location across from Central Park. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with nice amenities in the bathroom. The only little couple of things were that the wifi isn't great, it would be nice to see QTips and cotton swabs in the bathroom and of course a coffee/Nespresso machine for the room. I get that they want people to pay for coffee downstairs but for almost $800 a night that begins to feel very nickely-dimey of them. Overall an excellent place to stay "
