“Very satisfied.”
Staff was very friendly and informative, room was nice. I understand that the mattresses are being switched over...I had an old one. It was fine, but not great. No problem getting the shuttle to take me to the airport at 4 a.m., and was assured that in the case that the shuttle wasn't available, a taxi would be provided at the hotel's expense. I was in need of drinking glasses and spoons, and found that supplies in the room to be ample for my needs. I had a very short stay, but it was everything I was hoping for.

Decently refurbished since my last visit years ago. It was a bit of a dump then but fine now.

Dyce Skean Dhu - maybe OK back in the 1970s but definitely worth giving a miss in 2007! Hotel very tatty - last redecorated sometime in the 1980s? Masking tape holding together carpets in the communal areas! Staff very indifferent, even the manager! All seemed very young, although this shouldn't matter. I called for the courtesy bus on arrival at Aberdeen Airport and was told that it was on its way. 5 - yes, 5 phonecalls and one hour 20 mins later I was still being told it would be there in another 10 mins. At this point I jumped in a cab and on arrival at the hotel presented the manager with the 7 quid bill (he paid!) He did say, however, that the courtesy bus was not available that day!!! Altogether disgraceful and I won't be going back. Expedia, I recommend you drop this one!
