“Lovely stay”
excellent service...a terrific value - though construction is in progress. Three cheers fro chef Rasheed at Azure restaurant - best grilled hammour ever! Concierge staff very helpful. I would definitely return.
“Going Back”
I stayed at this hotel for 14 days in April, I had a great time the staff were really helpful.My room was very nice and clean extremly large.I really enjoyed the coffee bar in the front lobby which sells delicious cakes. I am just about to book another trip to stay in November for another 14 nights......

Briefly, I would like to say that, hotel is good, room is very spacious, very caring staff and overall very satisfied.

I have to say, we had a fantastic time at this hotel. It was our first time in Abu Dhabi and we were very impressed with the hospitality and the customer service from all people we encountered. There was construction still going on next door to the hotel however this made no impact on our stay. The staff at this hotel could not have been more accomodating - the rooms are huge! Travelling with a 2 year old is not easy however I would highly recommend this hotel if you have children. The pool was fantastic and the staff could not have been more attentive to my son and his pool antics. We travel to and from Ireland annually and will be staying here from now on when in transit. My only complaint, we didnt stay longer. Was very sad on the way home not to be spending a night at this hotel!!!
“Great for concerts at YAS arena”
The hotel is an impressive hotel with beautiful rooms. However, the rooms are cold and no mater how much we lowered the temperature we were never warm.

The Hotel was first class with the staff so friendly, a choclate cake was left in our room as it was my daughters birthday a very nice touch.

Their service was a bit slow (check-in, getting the luggage, fixing the safety deposit in the room, etc, etc), but other than that everything else was perfect. Make sure you inform them well in advance if you needed something to be done at specific time.
“Very Nice Stay”
We selected the hotel as it was close to Yas Island (we were going to a concert) and the price was reasonable for the area. It has kind of non-descript entrance right off the highway but once you enter, you find something completely different. Although we only stayed for the night, we were able to use their pool/beach facilities and we used both room service and restaurants. The pool wasn't heated (big problem in the winter) and this was a big disappointment for a hotel of this caliber. The food was good and the service was excellent. Positives: Locattion to Yas island, price, service, size of the rooms (HUGE), condition of the hotel. Negatives: Pool not heated in the winter (very common in the UAE at hotels of this caliber).

Excellent experience, very nice hotel, as expected, would do it again, no complains very comfy, i would recommend to all
