“Can't wait to go back to Abu Dhabi”
Hotel staff is friendly and hotel is beautiful. Staff went above and beyond. It was everything we imagined. There is a beautiful pool and bar on the fifth floor. The food was great. Lots of choices. The hotel is attached to the exhibition center and across from the marina.
“wonderful customer service”
There was a young lady there by the name of Rochelle. This young lady made our stay so pleasurable. We were in town for about 3 days and she informed us of all the things to do around time. She never complained about helping us out EVERYDAY. You guys should be very proud to have her working in your hotel. Great customer service skills. Kuddos to Ms. Rochelle.
“Perfect for business travellers”
Too much construction around. But there were no sound inside the room at all. Breakfast and lunch buffet was really good. Car parking was out side even with the valet parking.
“"A surreal experience"”
This hotel was good for a short between flight stopover because it is not far from the airport - make sure you get a "metered" taxi. There is nothing else other than construction sites around the hotel so dont expect to go for a walk anywhere. The breakfast was great though an extra cost and not cheap. Lovely swimming pool and good service.

Upkeep of the property is good; Friendly staff; something that was missing was some milk powder in the complimentary beverage tray where they provided everything else in a very decent manner.

The hotel has an upbeat modern style and is nicely decorated. Feels like a boutique hotel. Pros: 1. Toiletries are by Bliss. :) 2. The bed is sooo comfortable. 3. Good sized room for the price. 4. The swimming pool is gorgeous. A couple of things could be improved: 1. You need to valet your car or have a small argument with the guy to open the gate to the parking lot so you can drive it in yourself. 2. Our room felt damp-ish. The bed linens and pillows especially. 3. There was a pungent musty smell in the room one day. The other days were fine. 4. No bathtub. If you like baths this is an issue. 5. The tv remote didn't work and there was no directory for the hotel telephone numbers.
“Extremely comfortable but poor location”
Beautiful swimming pool with poolside restaurant. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. Good selection of food reasonably priced. Staff were helpful at all times and very pleasant. Only down side was the location. I had to take a taxi each time I left the hotel because there was no public transport nearby. Also, the hotel is a bit out of the heart of the city. Although taxis are not too expensive, the cost mounts up if you're using them twice a day. Perhaps in time, there will be a better public transport infrastructure which would make this hotel more appealing to a wider range of people.
“Fortunately Aloha means Goodbye as well as Hello”
You are greeted with an "aloha" at every turn at the Aloft. The problem is that you are also in a desert country; surrounded by a massive construction site. It is symptomatic of the identity crisis and overall confusion of the hotel and its services. To be fair-If attending any event at the new Exhibition Center, you cannot be more strategically situated, i.e. all other hotels are miles away. The staff is very friendly and tries to accommodate your needs. They have, however, little infrastructure with which to work. Let's start with simple things like dining. If you don't want buffet in a cafeteria-like hall; you can order simple food from in the lounge and "dine" hunched over low coffee tables. Or, pursue food poolside (the pool area is gorgeous). Problem-food is served or not there according to some mysterious and ever changing schedule. Back to the lounge or the deafening disco where food is always served...out of plastic containers. Approach this hotel with patience and bring snacks.
