“A stay here should go on everyone's "bucket list"!!!!”
What more can one say; wow, fantastic, the best, exceptional, the standard to beat, etc., etc.. There is not one thing I can say to fault this Hotel, the service, the standards set and maintained, etc.. Do not miss a dinner at Hakkasan, one of many restaurants in the Hotel. Also do not miss having breakfast at least once in the main buffet restaurant in the morning. Plan on spending several hours grazing on the incredible breakfast choices. If I had to have one complaint about my stay here, it's not the fault of the Hotel, but rather some of the other guests who stayed here. Please please take note; if you are planning on taking children to this wonderful Hotel, then please please have the decency to control your little darlings instead of letting them run riot and disturb others who may not share your enthusiasm for their noise and antics - especially at such a wonderful breakfast experience.
“Hope to go back”
The hotel competes well for the title "world's finest hotel". The hotel is one of the main attractions in UAE. The interior of the hotel is worth the name Palace. The hallways are wide and high, marble in different colours is the main cladding material on the floors and walls, many ceilings are decorated, some with gold leaves. The furniture is especially designed. There are items of ancient art on display. The suites and rooms are large and beautifully decorated with design items on the tables. There are several restaurants serving the cuisins from differents parts of the world. But the main restaurant served only buffets. The beach and pools are nicely designed and well kept but nothing of extra ordinary like the hotel itself.
“Amazing”
The hotel is massive, we kept getting lost, but the kind hotel staff were always on stand by to help us find our way! Its a fantastic place to go to, the staff are very hospitable. The spa is a must. You need longer than 4 days to get around the place. The beach is beautiful. And the fish restaurant is out of this world
“Over The Top -”
This hotel is huge - and so you hardly see anyone except staff and security. We chose this hotel because of the water slides, lazy river, and 2 waterfalls at the family pool. Very fun for our 4 year old daughter. Observations about this hotel: its grandiose rooms, furnishings, lobby, grounds, etc. are spectacular, but the functionality of some things are missing. Example, our daughter received a bouquet of roses upon checking in. However, the concierge didn't confirm (said he would) our babysitting request and she arrived 45 minutes after I requested. I had to chase it up with the concierge and double check everything. The food at the buffets was out of this world. Real honeycomb was served at breakfast. However, the coffee service was slow and I had to ask numerous times for coffee. And, the family pool was great - but they need some heat resistent walkway material to make going up the steps to the water slides possible without burning feet. They offer complimentary fruit and soft drinks from your mini bar. However, one of our soft drinks was already opened and a few sips drunk. The downsides were not that big - we're pretty easy going. And, we were there during the low season. If I were paying huge room rates, I'd be upset at those little things, though.
“Still as good as 2 years ago, however...”
The benefits of visiting in Aug/Sept are mainly financial because it can be very hot. With respect, if you do travel during this time it is wise to be aware that the Holy Month Of Ramadan occurs and restrictions re. food, drink, beach activities, shopping options during the day are in force. I have been to Emirates Palace a couple of times ... a great hotel however best used when one can enjoy ALL of the facilites.
“Worlds Best Hotel”
Worlds Best Hotel. This says it all.
“fantastic hotel - could not fault it”
wow! A fantastic place to stay when visiting abu dabi. Service was excellent, attention to detial was outstanding. Lovely restuarants too.The only thing was that the hotel is so big it lacks atmosphere. Would definately go back again if visiting AD. Definately value for money.
“Extreme Luxury”
The Experence at The Emirates Palace was second to none. From the point of arrival everything was exceptional. The staff very polite but never over assuming. The pools, resturants very good.
“Emirates Palace Abu Dhabi”
Service treated us like Royalty. Hotel very impressive. Pools were great , the Activity pool had waterfalls and a floating river around the edge with currents. Beach was very nice in this hotel and although snacks and drinks were rather pricey we didnt have many so it was not too expensive considering the experience was one not to miss. Overall we were astonished at the amazing service.
“A trip into Sheherazade”
Staying at the Emirates Palace was like entering Arabian Nights - like nothing we have ever experienced before. The level of service was exemplary and the room and amenities were literally those you would find in a palace. We availed ourselves of the "palace ceremony" room service breakfast on the balcony and were served by our butler. Enough food was provided to take care of lunch as well. The golf buggy to take you from one side of the hotel to the other was a novel touch - it was a long walk. Both pools provide excellent facilities, but the West pool is just as much fun for adults as for children. We were really sad to leave after three nights, but I was presented with a red rose on departure, which I thought was a lovely touch. We were very impressed with the pride that staff at every level took in their job and the courtesy and help of everyone we met. There is nothing I would change about Emirates Palace - it catered for our every need.
